1. Select File > Add Account.
2. On the next screen, enter your email address, select Advanced options,
then check the box for Let me set up my account manually and select Connect.
3. Select your account type.
- IMAP - Stores mail on the server can be used on multiple devices
- POP - downloads mail to a single device
4. Enter your name, email address, username, password, and the incoming and outgoing mail servers
- username is the entire email address
- Incoming mail server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Outgoing mail server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
5. Enter your password and then select Connect.
